Judges are looking for an outstanding Rochdale borough-based individual who has demonstrated exceptional leadership, vision and impact within their organisation and the wider business community over the last year. This award is open to individuals at all levels, from the chair of a large organisation to a sole trader. Nominees should clearly demonstrate how their personal contribution has made a measurable difference to business success, whether through strategic direction, driving growth and innovation, overcoming challenges or inspiring and leading others.
